  • A valid, active or unexpired government-issued ID with picture and birthdate must be presented at the front desk to be checked and verified by the receptionist. The accepted valid government-issued IDs are the following: 

    • PhilSys ID / National ID / ePhilID 

    • Philippine Passport (Foreign or international passports are allowed for foreign clients.)

    • LTO Driver’s License 

    • UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose Identification Card) 

    • PRC ID (Professional Regulation Commission ID) 

    • Voter's ID / COMELEC ID 

    • SSS ID (Social Security System ID) 

    • GSIS eCard 

    • TIN ID (Tax Identification Number ID) 

    • Senior Citizen's ID 

    • PWD ID (Persons with Disability ID) 

    • PHIC ID (PhilHealth ID) 

    • Postal ID

  • The client may avail ANY of the following as long as his birthday is within the birth month on the time of availment: 

    • 20% OFF on any services (if the client is availing the promo solo or alone) 

      • The discount is applicable to Wet Hall access or “The Sage” and massage services such as “The Everyman”, “The Explorer”, “The Artist”, “The Ruler”, “The Innocent” and “The Lover”. For Timog branch, this can also be applied to VIP massage services at T Club.  

      • This is NOT valid on bundled services. It cannot be in conjunction with other promos and discounts such as Senior/PWD and other ongoing. 

    • 2+1 FREE (if the client is availing the promo in a group or squad) 

      • The birthday celebrant gets the free service as long as with 2 full-paying companions (service paid in full or no discounts availed). 

      • The group or squad (3 clients including the birthday celebrant) must avail the same service such as Wet Hall access or “The Sage” and massage services like “The Everyman”, “The Explorer”, “The Artist”, “The Ruler”, “The Innocent” and “The Lover”. i.e.: The 2 companions of the birthday celebrant availed “The Explorer” so the birthday celebrant can avail the free service of “The Explorer”.

      • The clients in a group must simultaneously check in (checking in at the same time) at the front desk but not necessarily the same timeslots with each other as long as they have the same service. i.e.: The birthday celebrant availed his free “The Explorer” service for 5:00PM timeslot and his 2 companions availed “The Explorer” for 6:30PM and 7:30PM timeslots.

  • The client may only avail ONE of the birthday promos ONCE at either branch.
